Fingered driver shouts
From the last lane..
Performing crazy rhythms
Each morning..

Cruising, staying tight
Beside me on the right
Big eighteen wheeler flies..

Rusted mini van
Clicks his signal and,
Ooo Lord! just missed that blue Ford..

It's a speed ballet,
Jitterbug jam..
Performing everyday,
In it, I am..
On white striped concrete ribbons of ballroom,
