The Lyrics

PotUS Barack Obama's recent speech in Roanoke VA downplayed the role of entrepreneurs and innovators in favor of government's in building America. A typical "Joe the plumber" replies, after leaving a good job to start a business, but failing due to government regulation and taxation. I chose the unornamented version of TOS.
The dough I earn belongs to government's health;
Fleet legal tender's wrong to complement wealth.
And even though I have tried hard as founder,
I owe for lots that's strong to somebody else.

With hands, I'd delved so long for somebody else.
I bet spare bank loan, bold like Trump, prodding self.
It's tough to keep bare bones on the shelf;
It's worse to fall to government's pelf.

For fun, I rough-treat songs as ambition melts,
Undone by government, succumbed to deep welts.

I liken small and medium business owners to organisms called deep sea foraminifera, single-celled protists that construct shells at 36,000 feet below sea level in the Pacific Oceans Mariana Trench. Both are trying to survive in the most inhospitable conditions dedicated to their mutual failure.

B O'B: Thanks for your "deep thought of the day", an excellent analogy.
Luckily, some survive in each group despite the silt or the "red tape."
The water pressure at that depth is 1000 times sea-level air pressure.
