The Lyrics

Tone Def, I really liked your version of this....also the one about "haggis"
Um diddle diddle diddle um diddle ay.....

If you work there long enough you'll turn into a fossil
You will snarl at everyone and end up very hostile
Get out while there still is time
And you will remain docile
If you work there long enough you'll turn into a fossil

Um diddle diddle......

Because I was afraid to quit I stayed there 30 years
I turned into a blubbering twit
Who never could switch gears
But then one day I went to lunch
And never went back again
And now I'm lying on the beach and eating marzipan

(Chorus)

So when you're stuck inside a box
There's no need for dismay
Just hit the door running, now without delay
The box will never let you out
You've got to free yourself
Unless you want to turn into a fossil on a shelf

(Chorus)

Hey, this is a good one. I wonder why no one's commented yet..

I can't believe that this parody doesn't have more comments. You were one of the first to see the humor in the original song, and your parody has a Dilbert-type theme that is very amusing.

The author of the parody has authorized comments, and wants YOUR feedback.
