For those fortunate enough not to have to pay US income taxes, each year's tax return is due on April 15th, a day Americans fear, not only for the burdensome bill, but also for the putrefying pile of paperwork required.

April fifteenth is soon approaching

I always loved this old song and the Platters, too. It never occured to me to use it to write a parody about income tax - don't get me started on that. You did a good job in spite of being so busy.
