Uuumm well...she's just been shot and she's lying on the bathroom floor. Then the guy asks 'Are you okay?' She's obviously not is she? C'mon, what have you been smoking? I think that 'Call an ambulance' would've been far more appropriate.

Why They're Nonsensical:
The whole series of ever-so-scathing insults are hilarious to begin with but this part of the song is so out there. Michael needs to make up his mind whether the person's a vegetable or a buffet, then on top of this reconsider the notion that people 'eat off' both of these. Unless the plate/table/whatever is being eaten off is literally made out of vegetable or a whole buffet...and it's not the most practical solution to have an easily perishable table/plate, is it?
