Comments: The Average White Band took this funky mainly instrumental dance tune to #1 on Billboard Magazine's Hot 100 charts in 1975. "Pick Up The Pieces" was extremely popular in Discos of the time. The only lyrics in the song appear half-way through, and it's the title repeated four times.
