John Farnham's, "Pressure Down"
The Misrhymed Lyrics: Set the wheels in motion, and watch them turning round
I want to sail across the ocean, I've grown weary of this town Take the pressure down Cause I can feel it, it's rising like a storm Take hold of the wheels and turn them around Take the pressure down In this city full of danger, we lead our separate lives And I was frightened by a stranger, with desperation in her eyes Why They're Misrhymed: "lives" and "eyes" do not rhyme although "down rhymes with "town" since the lines with those two words follow each other lyrically..

Melanie's, "Lay Down (Candles in the Rain)"
The Misrhymed Lyrics: We were so close, there was no room
We bled inside each other's wounds We all had caught the same disease And we all sang the songs of peace Why They're Misrhymed: Obviously "room", "wounds", disease", and "peace" do not rhyme in that verse but still makes sense logically (this song was later covered by Australian-born singer Max Sharam).
