Controversial Tattoo - Yevgeny Nikitin

Russian opera singer Nikitin has pulled out of the Bayreuth opera festival over his Nazi tattoo of a swastika on his chest. He was to be the lead star of the festival. German public television ZDF's culture magazine Aspekte aired a feature on Friday about the Nazi symbol tattooed on Nikitin's chest. Nikitin has stated that the tattoo was NOT political and is furious.
